This carpetbag is made of wool carpet with cotton lining. It measures 12" long, 2 1/2" deep and 11" tall.
The handle is rope wrapped with carpet.
The bottom is constructed of leather with 2 "feet" on either end.
The carpetbag latches with a metal lock fastener and a hook and eye at either corner.
An interesting note about this carpetbag is that the side seam is barely, barely noticeable. I'm still not convinced it exists, friends say they can see a seam though!
